這樣做好像有點show off。不過其實我只是很開心的想向大家報告一下啦！
上週的essay被老師用來做為example，雖然拿出來讓同學批判，但還是小小的被誇奬了一下；鼓勵是消除疲勞的萬靈丹，頓時這二天耗盡的體力稍稍恢復了許多。
先貼上題目吧！以後有空再補上我寫的文章內容。
TIME WRITING: WEEK 1 TIME: 45 minutes
Below you will see presented the results of a survey and some notes on the background to it. Write a text entitled 'Factors affecting work performance' using the information, including that in note form to describe the background. In the main part of your text you should compare and contrast the results, highlighting any aspects which seem significant.
(You should write no less than 250 and no more than 300 words - you will be penalised for writing substantially less, and overlength material willnot be read)

Year = 2003
Researchers = Personnel department of major company
Subjects = two groups of workers (age)
